Steps to Cancel an Order
Log in to your Shopify admin dashboard.
Click Orders in the left sidebar menu.
Select the specific order you want to stop.
Click More actions (or the three-dot icon) near the top of the page and choose Cancel order.
Choose your preferred refund method (original payment method, store credit, or refund later).
Select a reason for the cancellation from the drop-down menu.
Choose whether to restock the items and notify the customer.
Click Cancel order to confirm
